There are so many little things like that make you feel she is not treating you just like a customer but someone she is really trying to help out. We didn't have too much budget however I still couldn't believe she managed to got my offer accepted without a ridiculous overbidding. I don't know how much homework she had done for me to get this all worked out, but I am sure there must be countless phone calls and emails. I am highly recommend Kathy to anyone who wants to buy their home in Austin area,

I cannot say enough positive things about Gabrielle! From the first phone call to well AFTER closing/move-in, she was professional, positive, and definitely made us feel valued. She went above and beyond in her virtual customer service while we were still on the other side of the county, and she did not hesitate to 'go to bat' for us whenever complications arose. Without a doubt, she worked for us and with us to get into the home of our dreams. Highly recommended!

My Realtor, AJ Long was absolutely amazing! He was available to me 24/7 and answered all my phone calls, texts and emails almost immediately. He made me feel like I was his #1 priority. He knowledge and connections were incredible. Every big or little problem that came along was simple because he took care of everything. Can't wait to barbacur with him!!! Thanks AJ, you're the man!

Natalie answered all of our questions. She did a lot of leg work getting extra documents that the VA ask for. She has a wonderful personality and it shined! She was always available, and it was a pleasure to know that she truly went out of her way taking care of us and looking out for our best interests.
