Oh boy there aren’t enough lines to describe how my realtor was the worst. I would never in this entire galaxy, ever recommend anyone to work with him. Reason being, I didn’t feel I was even a priority to him, constantly I had to call him for updates, he made us feel like he worked for the seller more then for us, he failed to pass information from my loan team or the sellers realtor the week of closing, my loan team had to constantly wait on him for information, heck even on the final walk through the sellers realtor had to inform me of stuff my realtor failed to tell me three days before closing, the list goes on. I’m glad I never have to work with him again. If I had the opportunity to donate the 3-5% I paid to the realtor. I would have done so in a heart beat.

Bret Hansen was also a crucial part of us being able to get our dream house in Lexington. He went above and beyond his required duties and ensured that we did everything possible to give ourselves the best chance at getting our house in this crazy seller's market. With his help we put in an offer on only our dream house and it got accepted!!! He ensured that every detail was taken care of, to include ensuring that our backyard was mowed before we moved in. We have purchased three houses and Bret is by far the best realtor that we have worked with, I could not imagine even a thing that he could have done better, he truly is an exceptional realtor.

Pam Tyner of Linda Simmons Reality was amazing. She made the whole experience fun and exciting. I contacted her and scheduled showings at dozens of houses. She never tried pushing me into buying a home or making a rash decision. She knew what I was looking for and always kept a look out for new properties. I could contact her anytime on any day and it didn't bother her.

I don't recall having work with a agent who displayed such professionalism willingness to answer all my questions and showed a desire to make sure I found what I truly wanted. She was personable and just plain kind.

The main agent had an emergency and we only met with her maybe twice . Christie was our main point of contact . She did an awesome job . The only thing that was weird was having to deal with 3 agents .
