I think as a real estate agent she was poor because if you hire a a agent she should have kept me informed of all the movements and she told me that she do not work for veterans United so i was supposed to call her. She supposed to work for me but in the end she did not even explain no paperwork to me or help me through the transitions I think that she could have done a better job with communication in helping me through the process. In the beginning as far as looking for home she did well but when i changed to build a home she was not informative enough and she did not even know my loan officer was gone I had to tell her. That is a perfect example of no communication. She was very adamant to let me know she do not work for you all but who do she work for because she did not do well with me i kept calling her.

Necia was absolutely wonderful. She explained so much to us about the process. She was honest with us from the beginning and that built a great trust. When a hiccup did occur and she told us not to worry, that honesty and trust meant we really didn't need to worry. She worked very hard to help us. She is very kind and super friendly and very easy to work with. I thought buying a home would be harder than it was. Necia made the process very easy. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home.

My agent, Brenda Bellemo, was recommend through Veterans United. Brenda also did a fantastic job! She stayed on top of every issue through the process; excellent process management skills. Brenda was key in getting my desired home under contract in this hot market.
She often asked the question before I, as the customer, did. Thank you, Brenda! I would highly recommend her as an outstanding agent, and I would use her again in a future home purchase.

Jessica was amazing! We started our house hunting process when we were still in Japan but even with the time difference, she made it possible for us to view houses that we liked via video call! She was our set of eyes throughout the whole process and she really knew the area well enough to know what is best for us. Will definitely keep in touch with her!

Mary Miller is absolutely the best agent I have ever dealt with. I needed to rely on her due to the death of my daughter and she did this without thought! She kept the process moving as I dealt with this unfortunate situation and we remained on track at all times. I highly recommend Mary for any home purchase.
