Good realtor for a tough market. Near the end felt like it was a handoff so when I wanted to close early there was alot of guidance I need to talk to the title company or the financer. Putting everyone on the same email fixed it.

My real estate agent Elaine Caccacci from EXP Realty in Savannah, GA is simply phenomenal also. She literally sold our house in under three hours, without having listed it, due to a bidding war over the phone on a Saturday morning. We received multiple bids over the listing price. Kyle and Elaine coordinated and got us closed in 30 days vs the normal 45 day average in GA. Awesome teamwork.

Ron Maruca was my real estate agent and he blew my mind away. He was always on top of things and always knew the right questions to ask. Not only to ask me, but also the agent when we would go look at a property. Absolutely amazed by he work and intelligence and so thankful to have had him on the team!

Nate really made the process easier. Definitely a seller's market and he didnt sugar coat or try to downplay the realities of the market. Very responsive and truly an expert in his field. Would 100% use him again and recommend him to friends and family.
