Took a long time to respond to texts / emails like 5 or 6 hours during the day.When we scheduled to look at multiple homes the scheduling was mixed up with other realtors.Never came out to see the homes with us in person. She sent someone else who was nice but couldn't answer our questions.She didn't tell me when or what time closing was happening until 30 minutes before. We were over an hour away at the gym when I got the call from her. Luckily Montgomery happened to follow up with her before she even called me.Was unpleasant to speak with on the phone. If I used the wrong tone of voice with her she would ask me repeatedly whats wrong with me. She didn't explain things in a clear way a first time home owner could understand.Wasn't involved helping us find a home at all. Basically just my job to sort through an automated feed and email her what we wanted to see. She never made any suggestions or found anything outside of this feed.She misread when an offer was due on a home we were interested in and we missed making an offer because of it.Overall felt like a second thought as she helped people buy more expensive homes. Perhaps if I was buying a million dollar home she would have treated me better.

I or my family found every house we looked at even though I told her exactly what I was looking for. She never discussed the Atlanta housing market until after I put in an offer on a house (which I didn’t get). Wish I had asked for refrigerator but she didn’t make any suggestions or say I could ask for things not in the listing. At closing we had some issues about the carpets and she never said a word although the sellers realtor went to bat for them. This was NOT a big deal and all worked out to my satisfaction but basically all she did was show me houses I had picked.out and she wrote up offers exactly as they were in the listing. She was a VERY nice person and I enjoyed spending time with her.....but she needs more experience.

Erik Martinez was amazing to work with! Super friendly and showed me a variety of homes that were within my budget and definitely what I was looking for. He put in a lot of hard work to make sure I could get the best deal out there. Erik knows the Copperas Cove area really well, and I was fortunate to have him as a Real Estate Agent because this is the area I was wanting to live in. I would highly recommend Erik to anyone who is looking for a home in the Fort Hood Area.

Tiffany Debias is at the top of her game! Super friendly and easy to work with. She made herself available even when my schedule was less than ideal. I find myself lucky to have been able to work with such a kind and caring person. She made me feel as though finding the perfect house for me and my family was as equally important to her as it was to me.

Michele Middleton was wonderful, so understanding and working hard for us around the clock. She was in constant communication and continuously advocated for us to both the loan officers and the title company, making sure that every bit of our contract was the way it should be.

I had two. One was sort of mentoring the other.
They both responded to me quickly and were ready to help with what ever was needed.
They even had someone mow the lawn for me after I closed because the seller just didn't get around to that detail.
