Could be better on communicating. There were days that went by with no information. And some information had to be “pried” out sometimes.

After I explained my situation to my loan officer, I mentioned I would need an agent who could hold my hand and be very detailed in explaining everything to me. She recommended me a fantastic real estate agent who was very familiar in working with veterans. She was incredible, extremely patient with me, constantly explaining things to me multiple times and always making sure I understood the concepts at hand. I couldn't be any happier.

We appreciate how much footwork she did for us, the videos, checking which houses we favorited online, and overall being upfront with us during this very overwhelming process.
