The real estate agent was good, but not over-the-top. I like to be on top of what is going on and would have to ask for stuff that was supposed to be completed by the seller; for example, septic tank inspection. Once I asked, she would get me the info, just would have been nice not to ask, since we all have a lot going on in our lives. I asked her about leasing-to-own to sell the house we are in. Asked her how much this would cost via text, never got an answer until I asked her again at closing. Even though I did ask her about lease-to-own; when we met in the office of day of closing (before I asked her about lease-to-own) she asked if we were in an apartment. I felt like another sale. She did not even remember we were already in a home. Overall, she did get back to me promptly over any other matters, but definitely would not use her again.

Veterans United did an awesome job referring Anthony Rivera; he was especially accommodating and familiar with the VA Loan process and was the best person to help me navigate a difficult and highly competitive market. He was always courteous and punctual; he was very insightful and went above and beyond in securing the contract and helping us make it to Closing Day. I would most certainly recommend Anthony Rivera and would recommend Veterans United real estate agent referrals overall.

I cannot express how much our agent Alex(at Terra Realtors)'s presence changed the outcome! After more than 2 weeks of barely seeing any house and making any progress, we were suddenly seeing all the houses available within a day and our offers were ready to put! He helped us go through all the issues small & big, explaining the market and the whole process many many times. He is someone we would love to work with again in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Karen was very responsive to our needs and wants in a way that allowed us to move through the difficult process in a timely manner. We looked at three different towns with two different realtors over a seven day period; she persevered and we have a home that “checked all the boxes”. Anxious to move in!

Bryan was especially quick to get in touch with sellers and schedule walkthroughs, always keeping on top of properties as they became available.

Brandy was SOOO awesome. I enjoyed every conversation I had with her. She made the homebuying experience so much less stressful for me. Since I was buying remotely and couldn't be in the area at all during the buying process, Brandy did all of the leg work for me and has been so amazing.
