I rate Miss Nicole a four not to be harsh because there’s clearly a one on the chart. I just felt like we could never get on the same page and most importantly she didn’t know how to talk to people. She’s never positive and brings up her 16 years of experience in the field as if I’m supposed to let her decide what I should like. Prior to signing on the last house I was literally asking Eric for a new real estate agent but due to the essence of time of replacing her and seeing a potential house I decided to just roll with the punches. She showed very little respect to the people that lived there and thought the house had no potential. She even went as far to say things like “Don’t call me in six months when you need to move from your current address”. I try not to harp on it because a goal was accomplish but it would have been more pleasant with a different agent.

We started working directly with Bill Process and then later due to everyone’s scheduling constraints, worked more with his colleague Keith Andrews.
I would highly recommend these guys as well. Keith especially went above and beyond too many times to count. Truly one of the best realtors we have worked with, and given that this home is our eighth home purchase, that is high praise from us. The fact that he was able to help us negotiate a deal at below asking price during an extreme sellers market was also pretty amazing.

Emily Hacker-Todd is a wonderful real estate agent. She is engaging and helps her customers understand every step of the home buying process. She works long hours, and was even up past 10 pm helping to secure a showing for me. She makes you feel like family.
