She was very helpful in locating a home and was extremely polite and understanding, but during the closing process, at times did not seem as active as I would expect or liked. Closing could have went much smoother and gotten done without extensions if the seller had been pressured and known issues had been taken care of prior to the deadline for them to be completed. Better, clear and honest communication is key, I didn't completely trust the process.

There was many issues with communications with our realtor, as well as we felt she did not advise us to act in our best interest when suggesting to waive our home inspection and not addressing radon in our real estate contract. This ended up costing us more money in future repairs and radon mitigation than anticipated. Other than that, Carol was friendly and helped us feel more at ease in the weeks coming up to the closing. We would like to use Carol in the future whenever we decide to sell our new home.

It took half a dozen times to get them to stop texting my email, another dozen times to get my wife's email correct. Communications could have been much better.

Never on time, broght her child to our closing, no worries, she did not stay! Just wanted to be sure of her commission.

As well as the info above, we could not have asked for a better Real Estate Agent. We were assigned Mrs. Maryanne Obrien, and well again it just became such a beautiful friendship. She was the nicest, patient, and very knowledgeable person we have come across in this area of expertise. She made this whole process very very painless and not stressful at all. She made some things happen that we didn't know was possible that way we would not lose this house. She as well as the Veterans Home United team were SUPER AMAZING!

I have used Ute 3 times now and she is so amazing she's like family. I can be a pain sometimes but she listens and is understanding. I would use no other realtor. She is the best at what she does. She's not the type to collect money , you feel that she really cares and has been there for us even after closing even though that's not her job. 5 stars definitely.

Liz and Gene were great agents, they were knowledgeable when it came to home and I could tell very experienced. Gene was a honest man and would tell you anything wrong he noticed on houses even the smallest things. All you have to do is ask for his opinion on it. Liz was very smart and supportive, she was the best.
