Dalila is an extremely intelligent realtor and I was super happy to be connected with her. Prior to her I did business with a realtor who wasn’t really present and you never could reach them (horrible trait when you’re trying to make offers), so to switch to this shark of a realtor I felt like I was armed with a nuke as compared to everyone else using clubs at closing. She’s exactly what I needed in this historically competitive market and I don’t believe I would have had a chance going into contract with a house without her advice. She will always go with your decisions, of course, but she offers you guidance into what works and what doesn’t. When working with her, I made offers on 3 houses, 2 of those were accepted. Whereas prior to her, I’d attempted 4 offers, none of which were accepted, if they even were submitted. You DEFINITELY want her on your team, Dalila’s a heavy hitter.
