The housing market is crazy right now and most of the time the houses we would find couldn’t be viewed or toured. We had to reach out to other realtors that were in the area and were able to do virtual tours in a timely manner to ensure we could place an offer quickly.

Nancy, our real estate agent, was a nice person in general but we were very unsatisfied with her service and work. We found the house and had to constantly ask her for things more than once. There were times where the builder and even our loan officer needed certain documents that took her weeks to send. I know the market is high and booming right now but she did not handle having multiple clients well at all as she told us on closing day she couldn’t stay if it was too long because she had another closing. We always felt on the back burner. She never visited the property and showed up to the walk through 30 minutes late without even giving us a heads up until we called her. We ended up getting in direct contact with the builder to get any information about the house as he was more helpful than she was. If we could go back, we would 100% have changed realtors.

There is not enough room in this box to respond how our experience with Kylie was throughout this process. She is just an amazing realtor through and through. She played another huge role in making this process easier than we expected. When there was a bump in the road she immediately addressed it. She is exceptionally gifted at her job. From the very beginning in finding us our dream location all the way to closing she was by our side supporting us, communicating our wants and needs, being the go between with all parties involved including Veterans United, our builders, the seller, the third party contacts, etc. In our opinion, Kylie went above and beyond our expectations. Just buying a home could have been stressful, but she made building a home as smooth as it could be. We could have not asked for a better realtor. Every single experience, every step, every interaction with Kylie was a positive one. She deserves more than a rating of 10.

David once told me his Dad was a fighter pilot and that he gets great joy in helping out Veterans. I definitely connected well with David and he assisted me in getting the right people out to get the appraisal, pest control, Inspection and knew about the area well enough to recommend it to me. Valerie, Well, I just call her a BLESSING! She was PHENOMENAL from the beginning to the end. Always making herself available to look at the homes that I was interested in viewing and helping me understand the complete process. Tori is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure that we got the house that we wanted. Our fears of buying a house out of state were pretty high in the beginning, but Tori made sure that we were seeing ever detail of the houses we looked at through video chat.
