April Lambright, our real estate agent, briefly met her the day of signing......didn't feel she fought for us on the price at all. She gets a 6 simply because the paper work on her side was done. NOT impressed.

I found it very difficult getting a response from the agent I was assigned to (David Piche). Even when I was in communication with David, I couldn't help but get the impression I wasn't worth his time. That may be incorrect, but my wife had the same impression from him.

Worst of the worst. Wasted my time. I drove around and found my own house. I was mad he got a commission because I did all my own work. He didn’t send listings regularly. He did not send listings matching my criteria. He laughed at my questions. He tried to steer me into other neighborhoods that I told him I didn’t want. He was not helpful. I was going to choose another lender because of him. He did not have time to show me the houses I found. He would not communicate between me and the sellers agent. He kept telling me don’t ask for anything you won’t get the deal. He lied about questions on my contract including the termite inspection report information. When I asked for more information it was always a problem. He didn’t want me to get a house. He should not be given clients with a 220000 budget like me because he told me he sells 300000 and up houses. He didn’t care about my purchase. He was absolutely horrible. He had me so mad and frustrated with the whole process even though 220000 can buy a house. He told me not to pick a house that I had to pay closing costs on but I actually have the money. He wasted my time. He sent me bad property listings. They all had bad driveways and corner lots and right beside railroad tracks even though I said I don’t want those because I have kids. He tried putting me in low class areas with high crime rates. I already rented for years in a nice neighborhood and he tried to put me around bad areas. One nice house I found weeks ago he left and didn’t show it. I found another realtor and ot took him two days to find me a house but roger got credit and commissions because of the veterans United contract. I even considered other lenders because of Roger’s disdainful treatment. I have never been more disrespected in my life. If it was up to him I never would have found a house. Ed Sarfo found me the house. When I asked Roger to show it he said he was at his grandson’s birthday party. Absolutely unwilling to help ir communicate with the seller for me. Wouldn’t answer questions and then lied about things that were written in my contract. He didn’t even want to do the va amendment paperwork for my VA loan. If it weren’t for Jimmie Draper I would have talked my business elsewhere. Roger didn’t give me the fair housing discrimination sheet but he violated several rules on there. Steering is not legal and he did his best to steer me in another neighborhood. Please get rid of him. He is not sensitive to veterans asking questions. He does not have patience to work with us and our needs.

Vincent is the best! Vincent was thorough and professional and great to work with. He was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with a different agent prior to Vincent, my wife and I felt incredibly lucky to find him! He was more than helpful in finding us an apartment as our lease was running up and we needed to relocate during our home search. He was extremely honest, upfront, and communicative; as well as easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Vincent made finding our first home, a breeze! We are eternally grateful for Vincent! #Vinceismyrealtor

Mrs. Williams and I had many open houses, she saw a whole lot of properties. And I always feel like she is doing her very best to assist me with my search. Mrs. Williams is always there to answer my ton of questions and guide me through the process. She always ended our conversation with; if you have any questions Alrick please let me know. We worked on this house searching for a pretty long time, but we did it all together. My family and I, really appreciate you all you all. We couldn’t have done this without you all. Many thanks.
