Christina Monzillo was unprofessional, uneducated regarding real estate contract questions and insurances, and represented VA loans poorly with her lack of understanding of the process. She repeatedly told us that she was overwhelmed with her workload from other clients. Chris did not send in contract changes to our loan specialist and communicated with us in a very unprofessional manner (late night text messages, emogies, and ellipses that left us to interpret the message content and context). Throughout the process, it was clear that we were seen as a commission and not a client and made for an overall poor experience.

Jess Kayhart was an outstanding real estate agent and I do plan on using her again in the future if possible. She represented me in the best way she possibly could and answered any questions, and gave me a lot of information in the buying process. She made sure she did what was needed in my best interest to make sure everything went as smoothly as it could go. She kept in contact with the seller's real estate agent to keep the flow of any new information that affected getting the loan and closing to both parties.

Chandra Gerber was a super positive friendly go-getter. From the moment I met her she was a total team Nadia. Like Dan she made me feel like I was her only client she answered all my phone calls and all texts within a reasonable amount of time surpassing all my expectations. Chandra also gave me a lot of knowledge and information concerning real estate my military benefits and taxes. Even with the current market she definitely still got me a great deal on my house. I feel so fortunate to have worked with her.

They say the most important ability is availability and Janet is certainly that always there to answer the phone, return a text, go to a showing, that's Janet, seeing Janet action I can trueley say it comes as no surprise that she has achieved so much success in what everyone knows is a competitive industry, and she does it with a personal touch that makes you want to befriend her for life, those are attributes you can't learn from reading a book I would refer Janet to anyone looking to buy a home
