Without her I would have never found the house. I wasn't able to make it out to the house at first so she tool the time to video chat. Me as she walked around it. I thought that's was awesome of her. She also pointed things out on the final walk through that I missed.

Knowledgeable on the area we where looking in. Unfortunately she was not able to give a bit more accurate cost when it came to the total monthly payment when asked. Was not specific and did not mentioned that the principal/taxes/ins payment was separate from the escrow taxes/hoa/ins payment making it two separate payments. She was informed by us to next time, make sure to mentioned that the estimated monthly payments are only the house payments not escrow. Also make sure to give an estimate escrow monthly payment in addition to the house monthly estimate to get a more in the dot estimate. Other than that hiccup, she was amazing and understanding. Would highly recommend.
