She wasn't bad, just that at the end, there were alot of things I wasn't told from her in making sure that my house buying was at my best satisfaction. At closing, almost everything that I asked I was told," your real estate agent should have taken care of it" but she's friendly and courteous.

Malinda was tireless ! I don’t know how she did it. She also made me feel comfortable the whole way through. When I had doubts and was nervous, she made me calm. She is very good at what she does. I know the rest of the team would agree. She always found time for me. Anytime of day, or night, she was there for me. I couldn’t believe what all she had to do with this process! I thought a realtor just showed you the house and high fived at the bar with all the loot. If all the hours spent were added up, the loot would seem small. I am sure there is no one that would have been a better match for me. She is now my friend. She’s the best !

The agent that Veterans United recommended was Ursula. This was the best experience that I and my family had while searching for a new home. Since the start of the process she consistently went above and beyond anything that was asked of her. She was very knowledgeable of the area and trends. She answered all calls, emails and text promptly even in the evening and on the weekends. I cannot recommend her enough and anyone that has the pleasure of her as your agent will not be disappointed
