We LOVED working with Tim and Carrie. Could not ask for better realtors. They were very responsive to emails and texts. These two really know the area and gave as all the insights. They took my husband on some viewings the day after he asked to go and got us an offer in that day. They also were great while looking at houses, Tim inspects the house and can give some really good feedback on quality of materials and where the issues are. Then they helped us put in a competitive package together. It all went smoothly and thanks in large part to them. Would recommend them to anyone!

Becky did an amazing job and went out of her way to continue showing me homes. I made several trips to the area and so did she to look at homes until we found the right one. She invested several hours of time to help me find this home and always gave good advice and recommendations. She helped me meet VA standards and find cost effective home inspections. Her work went above and beyond and saved me money in the long run.

Liliana Rivera is a master at what she does. She fought tooth and nail for us to find the absolute perfect house. She worked long hours and even started paperwork at midnight when we found out our offer was accepted. She is the main reason we found what we did and her expert negotiation skills got us the best deal!

Andrea was awesome. She kept it real. We had looked at a few houses to where she flat out said…it’s time to move on, I don’t think this place is right for you and she was spot on. Also very very knowledgeable on VA Loans.
