Good overall but I feel she lacks the experience needed in the current market.

Liz Harmen was awesome and there for me the whole time. She’s very well knowledgeable about the process and worked tirelessly for me during my search. I trusted her from day one. He immediately contact me which I got approved. I told her what I was looking for how far I need to be from work and she was on it. She educated me on the process and was patience with me and got me what I was looking for in less than a week. She made my process a lot less stressful with me being here in TX. I did not have to worry about my search once I put it in her hands and I’m satisfied with my home. She was consistently in contact with me during the whole process. She was nice and very polite and she had my best interest at heart. She did my first walk thru and consulted with me during that time frame and was very through and briefed me on what she had found. When I did my final walk thru everything was A ok. First the time I first talked to her I was under contact within 5-6 days that’s how hard she worked searching for what I wanted and I trusted her with my entire life because I was under a lot of stress with work and being in Texas and unable to see the place boy she made that process easy. Was consistently in contact with me. Showed me nothing but the best. This my third home purchase and she is by far the best in the business. We clicked on first contact which is hard for me to do. She has a go charge attitude and she is all about you and getting you what you want. I wish there was more Liz’s in the real-estate business. She worked tireless hours searching and providing me with everything I wanted and needed without me being there. I would recommend anyone who’s in the market for a home to Liz. My experience with her was one of my best I have had in my life. This is a place where I will make my home forever thanks to Liz. I’m gravely appreciative of her for her assistance and patients with me. I’m forever indebted to her for her hard work and dedication to her job and compassion for her customers. She has a love for her job. I know I have a friend in her and her husband Gene for life. That’s coming from a dedicated Retired E7/Master Sergeant Veteran of 24 years 20 days and 8 hours in the United States Air Force.

Paul ward was the best. He was able to make my dreams happen. Even during after hours when the market is so difficult to purchase a home. He was able to lock in appointments for me. As a fellow veteran he understood how the process of purchasing a new home would be ans feel like. He made sure I was taken care of and that I wasnt only or left out to dry. Very compassionate and understanding with his job. Great job! My fears of buying didnt feel pressured and forced. He held my handle every step of the way. Even at the closing and signing.

Our agent was Breanna. She was such a delight to work with! We had a few stipulations for what we wanted in a home and properties meeting those were sent to be viewed fast! She was amazing with setting up properties to view and we never had to wait long to see them. If I ever have the opportunity I will recommend Breanna as an agent in a heart beat! Thank you for everything Breanna!

Kenny Bryant went above and beyond to work with us and our difficult schedule. He gave us all kinds of tips and was extremely honest with the pros and cons of every property we looked at. We actually ended up buying the house down the street from our neighbor friend and she had a horrible realtor. Really showed us how lucky we were.

Steve Malaga went absolutely above and beyond to help us find our home. We went through several realtors that we struggled with as the had poor command follow up. Steve was beyond amazing and I would recommend that anyone wanting great service, communication, and professionalism look no further than Steve

There was a little trouble first connecting with Mike as far as communication however once we were able to meet and establish communication he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home for my family. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Our Real Estate Agent Noah Bellany was attentive to all our questions. Looking out for us regarding making sure the needed inspections were done for insuring that the house was safe & in good condition. Always available via text, phone & email.

I greatly appreciated Pamela's efforts. She was easy to reach and available. When it came to showing homes, she always managed to get us a viewing. She was upfront about the housing market and values of homes, as well as, resourceful.
