Should not work with out of area buyers. We chose a VU realtor due to not being local and reiterated the point we needed someone who has experience in having out of area buyers. It appears our agent did not even do a final walk through. The house was extremely dirty, many items were left behind, there was molded foodnin the oven, there are no keys to the home, and so on.

I was very happy and impressed with Kenna Faber. She listened to me when I told her what I was looking for and let me know when she sent me information on properties if there was anything I might have reservations about, so I wouldn't be caught off guard when going to visit a potential home. She was honest and up front about herself and her role in helping me find a house and she helped find the perfect home for me.

If it wasn't for Cindy Brooks, I would not have made it through this process. She was very honest, helpful, and supportive. I will use Cindy on any other properties I purchase in the Danville area.
