I have some very frustrating times with Ron Boostrom. I would not recommend him for a first time home buyer/first time VA loan user. He did not find any homes from me based on my requests. He also was not on top of things that were important to closing. Many times I would have to reach out for updated and what the next steps were. I would say communication is not a strong skill. Maybe a better fit for someone who is well versed in the home buying process and needs little assistance or information.

Kimberly is an AAA Varsity level professional. She went above and beyond for us to close on our home. She handled everything from recommending one of the most thorough Home and Pest Inspectors to helping us negotiate with the seller. Kimberly saved us a significant amount of money that would have been on us in the next year had she not recommended special inspections for the plumbing. Kimberly is the realtor that you want on your team, there’s no one in Hampton Roads that would come close to her.

My real estate agent did a fantastic job helping me find the right home even helping me tremendously by having a coworker show me a home (The one i ended up buying!) when she was unavailable on the only day i was able to get off of work that week and also explaining the home buying process and parts thereof to me in a way that made sense to me as a first time home buyer!

Terrance was available around the clock. I was ignorant to the home buying process as it was my first time buying. He explained everything to the fullest extent and helped build the confidence to seal the deal.
