Laura Vallincourt made the entire process more enjoyable had she not been our agent. Plainly put she is a genuine good person with the ability to communicate straight forward about the process. She seemed to really enjoy what she does and takes great pride in sharing the knowledge she has so that we could be better informed. When she didn’t know an answer that we asked she used her resources to find out the answer. She was extremely accommodating to us throughout the 6 months we worked with her. Have already recommended her to friends that are looking to buy. We will continue to do so.

Without a doubt Cathie Richards is hands down the best realtor. She answered all questions, definitely made us feel like we were her only clients. Making an out of state move has its challenges and is stressful but we had all confidence in Mrs. Richards.

Chris Kew has all the connections and was able to get me inspections on short notice. He even got me a structural engineer to reaffirm my thoughts on the house built in 1900 which just confirmed I had no worries to move ahead.
