Bonnie Chandler is an amazing agent but moreover an amazing person. She didn't make us feel like just another sale. She went through excitement, stress, patience and other feelings with us. I put in I believe 90% finding a house and didn’t get much help finding things tht weren’t updated status wise. Had to ask many locations to know if they were even available. After it was alright.

Our real estate agent always felt he had one million things to do. His priorities were set to his and not ours. When we had questions it sometimes took days and that was if he answered back because most of the time he did not. Very frustrating a lot of the times. I believe that if you choose a job and getting paid good money for it, it’s no one’s fault if you do not like it. Then get another job. Not a good attitude and not professional. Would not recommend.

I made his life easy, he didn’t even come to closing or send anyone to closing.

After having no luck with the first realtor I was provided, Veterans United turned me over to Kurt Kraus who was nothing short of a godsend. Kurt worked tirelessly to locate and help us secure our home and after many failed attempts in an extremely competitive market Kurt was crucial in helping us to find our house in a great neighborhood and wonderful area. He was our go to guy in just about every aspect and he never disappointed. His extensive experience and knowledge base was both helpful and comforting. I would recommend him to anybody in the area who needs a top tier realtor.

Veterans United immediately put us in contact with Lisa Taylor, who we worked with for purchasing our new house and will continue working with for selling our other house. Lisa immediately was on the phone and was polite and friendly and went over everything with us. She made it a point to come meet us in person and it has been an absolute pleasure working with her. We don't know what we would do without her. She has become more than our real estate agent, she's become our friend and we're thankful for her!

Grisel was amazing she guided us through every process with ease. She knew what was good, bad, and what to look out for. Always one step ahead in the house hunting process. She was fast to responding and getting paperwork done. She made sure that we would not get blindsided by any problems at all times, and solved problems very quick. I would recommend her for anyone who plans to buy a house because of how well she helped us.

Keith was an amazing real estate agent. He was kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process. He helped us out any time and any day that we needed something and was always ready and willing to drive the 30 minutes to Canyon to open the door for us. We couldn't ask for a better agent.

Jim Rossi was very helpful at all times. Any time I was ready to look at a house he was ready as well. He made looking for a house a fun experience especially in this crazy market. He was very patient with the fact that I am a first time home buyer. I definitely recommend him to any and all veterans.

Justin is a preferred VU realtor and all i can say is above and beyond, he made this entire process seamless and great. If it weren't for Justin i probably would be still putting in offer instead my second offer on a hone was accepted only 2 weeks into the hunt, then closed on time in 30 days!!!!

Chris is the a realtor you can count on he helped us to find the house of our dreams and in a quick order. Then he guided us thru the process with ease.
After 41 years of living in the same house we were grateful to have him and to help sell the current house also.

Jenny was great to work with, and helped us out a lot with any and all questions. She also was flexible with us being out of state during the house search. She set up virtual tours and worked with nearby family members which was very helpful!

April was fantastic. She pointed out area's where Aaron screwed us over; since she has worked with Veteran's United before, she knew the typical breaks afforded to veterans. That was not the case with me.
