Jennifer Lowe was referred to us through the Veteran's United preferred Realtor program. She started off well but as soon as we were under contract she completely ghosted us. We heard absolutely nothing from her unless I contacted her multiple times. She dropped the ball on multiple things that needed to happen for our home to close. As a result, we closed on our home more than 2 weeks late. This caused a ripple effect that cost us thousands of dollars in expenses to renegotiate every aspect of our move, delay the start of my new job, and other things. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!!

They can get you in touch with good people, or you can go with your own. Our guy turned out to be really good and he helped us a lot. In particular with va loan he was highly proficient so in any home that we looked at about that aspect of the loan process. Much of the search really is easy to do on-line and much of the contract/documents are via e-sign. He was really efficient and the resources are up-to-date.

Ryan Katzman is basically a dream come true for realtors in my opinion! He is go with the flow but, will definitely not steer you in the wrong direction. He was very knowledgeable in every question we threw at him and never let us stress about finding a house during a pandemic with not enough sellers on the market! He had faith in finding the perfect house with us and that’s exactly what he did!

Jeff must have virtually shown me more than a dozen homes. I even retracted an offer, and he didn’t blink an eye - just rolled with the change. Very knowledgeable in the area I was looking at, and I appreciated his insight on the many differences in where I was coming from to a more rural environment with major variations in utilities and septic/water systems.

I believe that god directly picked Cynthia to be our angel whom would treat us with so much love and affection. You are our number one sister, Aunty and spiritual advisor. We think she knows how much we love and appreciate her for everything she has done and continue to do for us .

Victoria Copeland was a very straight-forward and professional individual who ensured that we found a perfect first home. Any roadblocks that we ran into, she had no issue navigating us through.

Ian and I spent months looking into the wild real estate market for the right property to purchase. Many times searching and going on rainy day showings. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I didn't use a VU agent, but my agent, Erica was outstanding. She worked really well with the team and took over many things I was responsible for the last time we purchased a home.
