Kelley was helpful to an extent. She was always taking pictures of the house for us. She assisted us in finding a house that we loved. However, she wasn't very involved for a lot of the process. A lot of times we had to go around her and ask Brianne Felton for help. She would often say she'd call us back but never did. She required a lot of prompting for communication.

The agent that was recommended to me did not work out. His decision to cut a corner cost me both time and money, but even this worked out in my favor in the end. The second agent I worked with pulled together a new deal on a different house without a hitch.

Our real estate agent Adam Minehart very inexperienced couldn't answer questions about properties. We told him what we were looking for in a house and all he showed us was houses that was totally opposite of what we were looking for. When we did find a house he was more concerned about his bottom line then helping us.

Nestor exceeded all expectations and broke a lot of the common warnings given about real estate agents. At all times he was willing to answer questions and made sure to provide plain answers so that I could make informed decisions. He also put a great effort into helping us address any concerns we had and finding affordable solutions where needed. His knowledge of the VA Loan process and requirements simplified the process from start to close.
