Alexandra was always available and to show me around and to have a look-see at what was available. She was also quite good about keeping me up to date on my part of the
action.

I wished she was a little more responsive to questions. Any time we were waiting on an inspection or other service I would not hear from her unless I asked what was going on. When I was expecting to hear from her on a matter, sometimes I still wouldn't unless I asked again.

It is challenging to buy a house from another state as we did, but Courtney Scott made things easy. She insisted on doing video walk throughs of every house we were interested in and did a lot of explaining to us as first time home buyers.

Kevin was great. At times he was hard to reach and did not always readily return correspondence. In the end, he got the job done and got us into the house of our dreams.

Melissa Stewart is an awesome realtor. She did an amazing job helping us find our first home and we absolutely love it. She did video calls for us since we couldn't physically be at the locations for a walk through of the homes we were interested in. She made sure that everything went smoothly. Melissa was great to work with.

Don and Jan are the sweetest people in he reality business. I can see why Veterans United recommends them. They worked tirelessly for me. And when I could not be there, they knew what I was looking and came up with something I did not even think of. They knew me well!! It is perfect.

Sherry was an excellent guide and knew everything about all the different neighborhoods we searched. She was patient and accommodating. She even reduced her commission when the house did not appraise for the purchase price (which is another subject - appraisal was way too low!!!)

Best real estate agent I could have ever asked for!!! Was always straight to the point no cutting corners, also helped me with the millions of questions I asked him. Would recommend to everyone and anyone!!! I would not want to go through the process without him.
