Nick was very easy going and the condo that I purchased was all thanks to him. When it appeared on whatever you realtors see he thought to himself that this place would be ideal for me and it was. I think I was one of the first to see it with Nick and I gave it a thumbs up and Nick went home that night and drew up the contract
