At first I wanted to get rid of my agent the first day ever time I wanted to look at a house I would send it to him and he would say it’s not available or they wouldn’t do a VA load. I had to do all the work on finding houses I wanted to look at and made a list of 15 houses and he said only 4 of the houses were a possibility it was frustrating it felt like I had to stay on him every step to make sure everything was getting done

Tressa Daniels was the best real estate agent I have ever spoken with. When VU connected me with Ms. Daniels I knew she was the one I would go through this process with. She took the time to explain every step with me. She was always available and answered any questions I had. It was a long process for me due to it being a new construction and she stayed on top of everything. I truly appreciate her.

Wow. Philip Tambasco is hands down the absolute best real estate agent I ever worked with. Prepared, organized, punctual, honest, tenacious, diligent, and never once did we feel like he was not on our side or looking out for our best interests.
