We lived in a motel for 2 1/2 months. We informed her when we arrived in Palm Coast Florida. Not once did she call to offer help in finding a cheaper place to stay.

I felt rushed through home walk throughs/tours, I had to do most of the research for a house listing, Realty.Com had houses listed faster than my realtor. My realtor notified that me that because I was using VA loan, they weren't getting paid much, which made me feel as a lessor priority compared to other buyers. My work hours seemed never clear to my agent and had to be reminded many times. I was given no options for a home warranty, and was to pay a large sum over the phone while at work, while on a conference call with the warranty company and the realtor.
I did finally find a home.

Tenneil was absolutely, 100% the best and most wonderful RE Agent I have ever dealt with. I was between working with a family friend of my mothers and using the agent thru UHL. I am so glad I chose to work with Tenneil, after a small hiccup she came back 200% and got us into 4 houses in one day where we ended up buying the 4th Home we saw that day. I literally can't explain how happy and how much I would recommend her to every and any body!

Sherry Bumgarner is a very skilled and highly qualified individual who only wants to ensure the client is as comfortable as possible with the home buying process and made my home buying seamless and easy. Mr O Brien was super patient and was a major factor in our getting the right home to live in . We didn’t agree with different homes we toured but NMR O Brien showed us a home that barely hit the market and that extra showing was the house we chose. Very professional and patient Agent.
