Jeff was very good with handling the paperwork. I know he was also busy with other clients. He put us on an automated search that kept sending us homes outside the area we wanted. We were able to find homes on Zillow or Realtor.com which Jeff showed without delay. There were moments when I didn't feel like Jeff was acting entirely in compliance with the expectations of a contractual buyer agent (e.g. suggesting longer times for seller acceptance of offer in order maintain a better rapport with selling agents). Jeff was very conversational and enjoyable to chat with. Overall...a good experience.
