Karen really did a good job but Linda was more effective and with a lot of wisdom, Karen didn't have the experience, but she tried her best. I failed to inform the homeowners about information that was important to me, and I failed. I feel sad about that, even if it is not her responsibility, she could go the extra mile to just give a message to the owners of the house to contact me before the closing. It was very important.

Alex was very understanding and helpful in not giving me what he thought I should have. He gave me what I asked of him. Alex would explain any concerns he may have which showed me the pros and the cons of the product. Alex was busy at times but he would return my calls in a timely manner. If I did not understand, Alex had a lot of patience in explaining the process until I got it. Alex was an exceptional real estate agent to me. He was there for me in the difficult times. He has been with me through out the process. His support was truly appreciated.

Rachel is absolutely all you could ask for in an agent. She found our house while at a little league game before it was listed and she and her team didn't put a foot wrong in the entire process and went above and beyond in a couple of instances with minor snags occurred
