Non responsive. I only saw him 1 time throughout the entire process. He didnt even show up to the closing. His lack of knowledge was a challenge for me as well.

Michaela Callow is so sweet, so professional and a hard charger. She helped me with things so that I did not have to ask. She knows the process, she is a clients dream Agent. I was so tickled with all the help she provided, all the questions she answered and all the information that she chased down for me. I would recommend Michaela to anyone who desires the best Agent to manage this process. I'm not sure what relationship she actually has with Veterans United, but they should hang on to her as one of their best.

My real estate agent, David Roberts, is a good man. He didn't make me feel like I was just another client. Always available for showings and if had other things planned, he made sure someone was available to show me the houses I wanted to see.We talked initially on a Wednesday afternoon and I was in the office the next day and had access to the MLS listing portal so I could start my search.He knows the market and definitely would recommend him to everyone.
