Christie had poor response to text. Most the time itd take her 12-36 hours to respond to a text and wouldn't return phone calls until 12 hours later. She told me the wrong information many times and eventually instead of relying on her I would just ask Aaron questions about what was going on with closing. She did a good job at submitting the offer initially, but was slow to respond after that.

Melvin Besares was my real estate agent. Melvin is just an amazing Agent. Melvin listens unlike many Agents I have had in the pass. He listens to all of your wants and must have's and then get's back to you with a list of homes and communities that addresses those wants and must have's. He works hard to get you in your forever home and I appreciated that. He makes it a point to keep communication flowing and addresses any and all concerns. He is highly knowledgeable and professional and I would refer friends and family to Melvin Besares.

Honestly Shannon and Daniel where always on the ball. I expected issues at time but to be honest, they always made themselves available and at any time they did not know the answer, they where quick to find out. Definitely a positive experience from them.
