Unfortunately, we had already picked out the house and were ready to put in an offer when we finally made contact with the realtor. Throughout the process, we had to repeat/resend information that had previously been provided. In addition, it seemed that she did not know anything about the property or seem to be willing to research any history.She was able to work through getting certain things done between the us and the sellers, however, it wasn't without voiced hesitancy and reservations.

Paul Russell, my real estate agent, was assigned to me by Veterans United. He maintains and exhibits a superlative skill and knowledge of the real estate business and customer support. Above all though, he is absolutely the most helpful individual I had in this process. Immediate communication, expeditious filing of paperwork to include offers, and just an all around great human being with the upmost integrity and kind natured. I am very glad to call Paul my friend after this process, it is extremely rare to find a realtor who actually works this hard for the client; Paul Russell is the absolute best.

Bryan and Shanti, were well versed in knowing the questions first time buyers would ask, them answering them before we could ask and walking us through those showed their knowledge and experience in the real estate market, we were very fortunate to have them helping us during this process!
