This one is tough. I had a couple of agents to work with due to looking in two states.
Wendy Manzke & Jody of Shorewest Realtors, Inc. without a doubt went over and above all that was asked of them. They should get a "11". (I feel bad I was unable to close with them after all they did.)The agent I finally closed with, Mary Thomas of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate, I'll give an "8". She did all I asked, but she was not as much of a "go getter". Certainly more laid back than I would have liked. Had we not closed this house I would have requested a different agent for any further showings.
