At first and during the shopping she didn’t seem prepared to show. Once I made an offer she was excellent and worked with me the rest of the way to closing.

We had numerous issues with our agent from the very beginning. For starters, we were connected with a realtor over an hour away from where we live and were looking to buy. Then we ended up deciding to move further out and that put us another 30+ mins from her. It was very challenging to schedule showings in a market where if you don’t see it today, you may not get a chance. She was very pushy with about making an offer on the first house she showed my husband, that I never even saw, when we decided it wasn’t what we wanted and told her repeatedly. She left us hanging a lot, and when we finally made an offer on a home about 2 hours from where she lives, 30 mins from us, she asked the listing agent to come to our inspection appointment, to let us in for our final walk through. She wrote our offer in a way that left us responsible for a costly repair because she told us if we didn’t write it that way, the owners wouldn’t accept...then we had to shop for that repair to get the quote to find out if it fit within the bounds of the offer and had a challenging time due to the fact that we didn’t own the house. It was a huge mess from the beginning! We wish we would have been able to switch agents, but every time we called, it would have been 24 hours for a new one and there were properties we wanted to see before then. I would never use her again and I would highly advise against referring her to your clients.

Just as with Kyle and Ethan.... MaryAnn & John were amazing to work with. They listened to every single concern we had, and addressed those concerns. They gave us invaluable information to help us make the best decisions throughout the entire process. In times where I thought we were requesting to look at too many homes, or too wide an area, they reassured us it was fine. At other times where we may have been discouraged they encouraged us to keep going.As someone going through the home buying process, having someone who could say trust us you guys would not like this home, or to say you guys would love this home and be completely correct was nothing short of amazing.
In real time and retrospect it was clear that Mary Ann and John always had our best interest. Many days after looking at homes we would drive home, and not even talk about the homes we just viewed. Instead we would talk about something MaryAnn told us or a joke John said. It is almost like we are now family members. Again nothing but appreciation and gratitude for both MaryAnn and John. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a home, and plan to do just that.

Jason was so fun to work with! His sense of humor and laid back demeanor made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. But more importantly, his knowledge of the market and the home buying process was absolutely critical to our success. Additionally, , due to his wide ranging experience of real estate, he gave us excellent guidance regarding the ins and outs of successfully renting out our prior home.
