Not a good experience. The only thing they did was show me the houses that I picked out; They did not negotiate to benefit me, only wanted to get the sale completed.

Sam Rifkin was a great guy to work with. He is knowledgeable and professional yet with a wry sense of humor to help us get over the inevitable bumps that arise in the home buying process. It took quite a while for me to make a decision about our new home. So, Sam had to show me a LOT of homes! But he persevered and stuck with me until I found the right place for me and family. Never an ounce of pressure in any direction. But he spoke up when there was something I needed to be made aware of. Not a big talker but he was a great communicator. Absolutely great guy. I highly recommend him.

Austin was a new agent without a lot of experience when we started working him, but he put in a massive amount of effort both before and after closing to overcome monumental roadblocks with our sellers and lawyers, contractual obligations that had to be chased down and enforced with sellers and their realtor, and a plethora of unusual and unpleasant situations. Austin came through for us!

Our Real Estate Agent Kim Chesley, Was Super cooperative and very kind to my wife and I during the house hunt journey. She was seemingly always on the clock for us sending in house ideas, recommendations, personal favorites, etc. She was a very charismatic and down to earth realtor and we definitely commend her for her hard work and job well done!

I'm not a huge fan of Realtors in general, and think the profession is a relic that takes so much money. I thought Tess Thompson did a good job. She was easy to communicate with, gave good information, and knew how to respond to a bad appraisal.
