It was a great experience working with Kasey, Hunter, and Edward (EDT Realty) they went above and beyond to get us our home. They provided outstanding service because of their knowledge and expertise. They kept everything simple and explained the different stages of the whole process. Kasey kept me updated at every step with emails, phone calls and text massages and I really appreciate that. Hunter provided he’s experience and answered many of the questions I had about the place. My family and I are thankful and will work with them in the future and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Joseph was a dream with whom to work. His patience with two particular clients was outstanding. He persevered until he found the perfect home for us in Rancho Mirage, California. He never stopped until he found the home that met our needs and desires. Joseph is very low key, however, when it comes to details during closing he is right there insuring that to which is what was agreed is correct. A gentleman, however a tiger during the end process.

Really great experience! I have bought 5 houses and often find once you “sign” with an Agent they don’t become as responsive. The housing market is crazy right now and we looked at and offered on a lot more houses than I have ever done before getting an offer accepted. AnnMarie was optimistic yet realistic in this crazy market, which I greatly appreciated. Excellent experience!

George is extremely knowledgeable about the use of VA home loans. He knows the Jacksonville area well and keeps on top of it’s housing market. He was always fighting to get us the best deal. I appreciated that he was willing to work with me on weekends due to my work schedule. Can’t recommend him enough.
