We never met our real estate agent during the entire buying process. She communicated poorly.. She never followed up on items. I asked her to provide or follow up on. She only reached out to try to solicit us to purchase products. She tried to encourage me to increase my loan offer rather than ask for a concession from the seller. It was a terrible experience. She was very incompetent.

Brianna was always upbeat and crossed all the t's and dotted all of the i's.I could tell she was working very hard to make sure things were going correctly and that we didn't miss any of our du-outs or the seller didn't miss any.
Seeing how the seller was going through a bankruptcy and was not willing to do a housing disclosure, it tested everyone's patience and through several curveballs into the process, but we all stayed the course and were able to get through this closing and house purchasing process.
I would absolutely recommend Brianna as a real estate agent.
In addition, the law office that we worked with was also very smooth, professional and upbeat. So the team that Brianna worked with who did the legal documents for us I would also recommend.

Teresa is great. Whenever we met, she was always on time if not early and she has a keen eye for detail. Very knowledgeable. She pointed out stuff that was good or bad with the homes we looked at. She truly was looking out for my best interest. Whenever there was a question about the property or how things were moving along she didn’t leave that to me to find out she found out for me and got back with me right away.
