Very nice but not a lot of help after the contract was signed. I didn't hear from her for 2+ months until it was time to close. Other than that she did get us to the right house very quickly.

If you are looking for an agent take my advice and look no further than Kerry Griggs-As my wife and were navigating very difficult and life altering situations we entered the absolutely insane housing market of 2021 as un-experienced first time home buyers.
