Mrs. Paula Heard was the best realtor I have ever worked with! She was attentive from day one. She listened to what I was looking for as a purchaser and got me into a decent sized townhouse with a garage on the first try. She maintained exceptional communication throughout the entire process and kept me in the loop with everything pertaining to the home buying process. She even took the time out of her day to break things down to me that I did not understand. Mrs. Heard paired me with Mrs. Monica Kraemer who did an outstanding job with showing me places. Mrs. Kraemer was very nice and welcoming. I felt like I knew her for a long time with how her and I clicked.

Helen was the cherry on top. The first 3 agents I was assigned were not helpful at all with my budget being less than 200k. I had one tell me outright it was impossible. Helen did not. Helen went out of her way to go to homes in my budget. Even when she was sure the wouldn't be up to standards she checked anyway. Helen's hard work and dedication made this happen. She connected us to our home. The fridge full of fruit was incredible. The pizza was awesome. But Helen was the true treasure, she got a big hug for bringing us home!

Faith was literally a God-send! She was cheerful, smart, open, honest, real, and responsibly accommodating. As well, when our home search turned towards the shores of Maryland, Faith connected us with her team member Brigitte, who was equally helpful, kind, and real. This all made for a great experience during a absolutely crazy home buying time.

Brianna was great to work with. If she didn't know an a answer, she found it promptly. We liked the first home we looked at, and she put the effort in to make sure it was suitable. She worked into late hours to get everything done and was one of the many people that played a big role in getting us through the process to buying our home.
