Dan Hamel was excellent, he was available at almost any hour of day for questions comments concerns. He was very responsive even while on PTO while we were going through some rough patches during the process in challenging an appraiser. If I ever was in the market again as a buyer or seller I would use Dan without a second thought. Dan operated in a way that works best for his client, and I thought I was always being guided in the right direction for my budget. I am very thankful for his experience and his dedication to his craft. He even correctly predicted when I would finally win a bid in a hot market.I recommend Dan Hamel and his team without a second thought

Mrs. Paula Heard was the best realtor I have ever worked with! She was attentive from day one.
