In the beginning we simply was not on the same page he did not listen to what we needed, we missed out on a lot of the homes because we wasn’t on the same page. Finally when we found a home he referred a lawyer to us that was horrible, unprofessional and did not have our best interest first. I would definitely not recommend him

Realtor was very absent in communication. Are first meeting with him I called and messaged him to confirm appointment and he did not respond until 15 minutes after the scheduled to see if we were coming. That meeting had to be rescheduled since we did not hear from him we did not go to meeting. Another occasion we had scheduled a walk through for a few houses. We were running about 10 minutes late and we messaged him to let him know that. He responded asking us to meet about 30 minutes later than previous scheduled time which we were alright with since running late but after waiting an additional half hour for him he was still on his way. During closing we may have heard from him 2 times. He also did not show up for the closing.

Emily Jackson of Century 21 Legacy in Greeneville TN always asked the right questions working for us and was always willing to take the extra time to help us when we had questions/concerns. Joe was great!!! It was a long process with the market as crazy as it was, but Joe was quick in understanding the house we wanted and more important; what we didn't want. He was very knowledgeable in the type of houses and what to look for and gave us sound advise. This gentleman is highly recommended!!!

Sam, and her assistant Eva, were amazing. Flexible with locations and times that fit our my work schedule. They also were quick to help us with contacting seller agents. From our fairly narrow requirements and wide search area, they were the best.
