Valena Rutkowski was pleasant to work with. She always make herself available to me. She taught me a lot about searching for a house. When I would email her a question about a house. Val for get me a answer. She would give me advice about the whole process of buying a house. She never told me what to do. But would advice me of my options. Because of our work together I believe I have a new friend for life.

Once we spoke to Patti Gentry she knew what we wanted, from the location of, to the property, to the size of house. It wasn't to long that she had found what we were looking for. Patti Gentry was helpful in obtaining the resources needed to begin the process for insuring that the home is solid. For every stage in the process she was there for us never left us stranded. We complement her for the time and effort she took to ensure that we have a home.

When I closed yesterday, I was very anxious, I was sitting in chair doing breathing things to calm down..
Office door opened and she walked in..
I immediately felt calmer knowing she was there..

Debra West and her assistant Jim (Yes, I know them well due to my experience and communication with them) were very quick to respond to my request and questions. They worked had to quickly process my purchase and were even able to get me in the house 2 weeks earlier than expected. Wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.
