Joel and Oden were great during the onboarding and viewing time. Only complaint is that the seller agent was unresponsive causing 3 week delays after agreed closing date, and I felt my agents should have put more pressure on them. We had all final inspections, appraisals, and final price contracted pending agreed to repairs required by termite inspector (all this settled 3 weeks before set closing date). Two weeks past closing, still no word. Since we already had a final sale contract signed, I dismissed their realty table-manners and called 3 agents that work with the seller agent's team to demand info. The main agent was on vacation in Dubai and the others that were supposed to help thought it already closed.
I had to call and put a little pressure on to find out info within an hour of calls, otherwise before this I had 2 weeks of no info on why its past closing. I think I'd still be waiting if I hadn't called the seller agents, yet before this my agents said they haven't heard anything and "all we can do is wait".

Jamie was very active in finding and showing me properties. Once the property was found and she made an offer to the seller and they accepted communication between us was not very good. Im not exactly sure why it was like this but as i stated before without Sarah Johnson's intervention this deal would not have happened. I feel that a portion of Jamie's commision should be blessed on Sarah for saving this sale.

From start to finish there was little to no communication. She sent listings that were out of our price range, from too high to completely unlivable. I contacted her more often then her calling me so I could be kept up on how things were progressing. She would not even respond the same day when asked questions, I had to ask twice to get a "I'll find out." response.

Aside from Jordan Roach- Shelby Warner was the second positive thing! I’m so thankful we allowed VU to make this connection. Shelby was knowledgeable of the area, the market, and the whole back loan process! She just had a way that made things simple even when I couldn’t have pulled my hair out. She was super responsive to all of our questions, and I never once felt she beat around the bush or mislead me. She so worked hard to help us not only find a home that met our checklist but also a home we’d be happy in for years to come. Additionally, she went to bat for us when things were unnecessarily complicated or stressful. Shelby never made us feel pressed to settle for less and also never made us feel pressured to spend more. She went over and beyond to welcome and include our children. I could not have asked for a single thing more from her than what she gave- because she really gave it her all.

Maneja Houchin is beyond professional! She took a call in the middle of the night from my wife and within two days we were being shown homes. She found the right home for us and we were able to close in less than 30 days. The communication between Ryan, Amelia, and Maneja made this happen and happen fast. I don't know how often a less than 30 day loan approval, home selection, underwritting, and closing happens.....but it did. That's an absolute by product/result of good people, working on good teams, with a common goal of getting the job done while looking out for the best interest of the service member. I would recommend her to any and everyone.

Veronica was great to work with. I was on the opposite side of the country and she and my wife found our house in just 5 days. I got multiple emails a day from Veronica with new houses that popped up on the market. And that was great because in this market today you need to get your offer in the day it is listed.
