If i could rate marathon realty, James Burton, and Jeremiah Smith less than a one then I would. They were the most unproffesional, unavailable, tactless people I have ever had to deal with. I would never, under any circumstances, recommend them to any person trying to buy a home. I would also not recommend Veterans United to anyone in the area as long as they are still associated in any way with Marathon realty, James Burton, and Jeremiah Smith.

Wendy Weihe of Platinum Realty is a Great Agent. She Took great care to zero in on the size type and price of a property that fit me perfectly. Wendy got me choices early and quick replies before noon She's a tough negotiator who kept whittling down a seller making sure he was realistic about price and lived up to his end on repairs before sale.Wendy is a Great closer who can bring a sale in on time and under budget She protected me from traps and hidden costs. I have her to thank for turning my home buying dream into my new address.

Steve Parsons is absolutely the best. He stayed in close contact with us the whole time. Whenever we called, he answered the phone and if he didn’t; he made sure he called us back very quickly. He’s extremely knowledgeable about everything. He made the whole house buying process so easy even though there were a few bumps in the road; they didn’t feel like bumps at all. He is the only real estate agent for us and for any family members who would ever purchase a home, we would recommend Steve Parsons.

Kyle was great and was really looking out for us to get us into our house as quickly as possible. He was contacting Veterans United and our loan team and providing updates daily, which was incredibly appreciated. He went out of his way to find homes in our price range, and even did a video walk through of the property with us (since we were in Virginia). He was always the fastest to answer any questions we had, and was essential in getting us a quick close and keys in hand ASAP after the two day delay. Thank you Kyle!

Michael Scott was outstanding, was able to get us into view our property as soon as it hit market and sign contract that day. During the build wait process any questions myself or wife had was answered to best of his ability and was with us the entire time during closing.

Great service, aggressive with the way the market was, if it wasn't for Teresa, we might not have bought a house. The 1st agent was slow and so so. So we asked for a new agent, and we got connected with Teresa. What a Blessing. Thanks Teresa.

In a demanding market, Kyla was always there for us and worked hard to show us many houses everyday until we found the right one. She always kept in contact with us and made sure our needs were met. I highly recommend her. Thank you again Kyla!!
