Kim was a wonderful agent. Helped us greatly! I would recommend her to anyone! She is positive and had great communication! I feel it was from the area back here on the east side of the USA that shows how kind and helpful this side of the USA is. You dont find that on the west coast. Kim was so cool, she even watched our dogs and little ones why we signed and then took the littles to get ice cream after! Kim gets the 10 outta 10! with that being said my other experience, I want to say tho i had another agent veterans united set me up with to sell my old home.. she was not pleasant at all. Her name was christina. I would never use her. She would not answer her phone sometimes taking days to return our calls with only a text. She refused to answer our texts most times in a timely manor. She was always out doing something that took priority over communication with us. Some times it was medical appointments, some times other showings, sometimes eating for 3 hours.. others the drive time would take all day, she went outta town to do family things, surgery, recovery time, on pain meds, went to bed at 6 pm when she told us in beginning she was able to be gotten ahold of until 8 pm. She always had time tho to meet new clients and do new showings tho.. in start she told us her commission was 6% non negotiable. Learned later from my wife's father who was a broker for many years before becoming ceo of at St. Jude’s medical center that thats not how its suppose to be. Had to get him involved to talk to her on our behalf as she was ducking and dodging us. Lying to us and trying to manipulate us. My mother in law was going to sell her house through christina but after she also read the texts and heard her talking to us and the way she treated us my mother in law refused to use her. My family also refused to use her as my mother and father were considering to sell their home, but after the same things that stopped my mother in law it stopped my mom and dad. My brother who gives legal advice wanted to step in but I said no due to me feeling it could stop the chance of it selling on time. Christina tried to make us use her hubby for repairs, he was a licensed contractor for NV. His prices were overpriced and quality of work was not as good. my brother in law who is a licensed contractor for state of Nevada, licensed electrician for state of Nevada and is contracted for Carson Valley Inn and its 4 other casinos and hotels. The largest chains in the area said I should take them to court for taking advantage of a disable vet. Again I refused as I just wanted to be done with that miserable life and the people who took advantage of me and my family. I still have all the texts, emails and call logs to confirm with 12 witnesses the story I just told. I would give her a 1 on a scale of 10.

I have gotten to know Derek Schaefer personally over the past few months, and I consider him an outstanding individual. He guided me through the process of selecting the right home at the right price under very difficult conditions (buying a property, long-distance, in the red-hot, Tucson sellers market). Derek went beyond what was merely expected of him in more ways than I can list. He enthusiastically suggested I use him as a resource in the future for any potential issues, and provided me with a valuable list of contractors and service providers.

Robert was very professional and friendly. He was also very patient, and attentive when asking to see a home… we visited so many houses!!! He always took time to respond to us on a daily basis and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Robert is a great real estate agent!!!
