I applied for VA Loan approval well before I intended to start looking for a house so I could know what i qualified for an plan what I felt i could afford. For the first month i got weekly calls about any houses I was interested in, which at that time I wasn't really looking. When i finally got interested in going to showings and looking at houses it seemed like I was doing all the leg work and my Agent was just there to book a showing. What made it even more frustrating was that my Agent didn't even go to the showings with me, most of the showings i went to were with other agents she got to meet me at the houses. When it came to getting paperwork done she was an All-star, but that still left the rest of the experience as luke warm... It felt like my trying to go to houses was more of an annoyance than anything.
