Answered questions. Gave lots of inside tips. It felt they were more on their company's side than mine. Stating we needed to offer more than the asking price and initially state we were going to pay all closing costs. We gave asking and said 50/50. However the virtual tours and pictures were real and felt like a good representation.

Sometimes slow to respond to emails, usually had to call to get in touch. Overall a great agent, helped a lot in the house search portion and was quick to get the home buy process started

Did not find any homes for us, we had to find them. She did not check in on our new build at all and took the builders word for it. When I arrived I found a home that was clearly not completed and had several issues that she was "unaware of". I had no handle to lock the back door and the the natural gas had not been hooked up but she acted shocked even though she had been "keeping an eye on the build". I would not recommend allowing her to continue to contract with Veterans United. I did not feel like she did anything to earn a fee for us buying a house. My wife and I were sorely disappointed in her and the lack of help we received.
