Did not find any homes for us, we had to find them. She did not check in on our new build at all and took the builders word for it. When I arrived I found a home that was clearly not completed and had several issues that she was "unaware of". I had no handle to lock the back door and the the natural gas had not been hooked up but she acted shocked even though she had been "keeping an eye on the build". I would not recommend allowing her to continue to contract with Veterans United. I did not feel like she did anything to earn a fee for us buying a house. My wife and I were sorely disappointed in her and the lack of help we received.

Professional, aggressive at the right times. Unparalleled knowledge of local market stemming from years of experience. Active listener and truly wants the best deal for his clients. Responsive day or night. Additionally, he possessed knowledge of accurate costs of repairs to homes-he is not only tuned in to local home values, he also has a bead on how much it costs to fix or replace things in the home. I consider him the best in the business.

I keep listing "professionalism" but it truly fits Susan Ivey! She was the perfect fit for my wife and I as we went through multiple months of looking at houses. She was always upbeat and she knew what we liked and didn't like. When anyone from this area is looking for an agent Susan Ivey is the right choice! I would recommend her to anyone I know that is need of a professional and well experienced agent!!

My real estate agent Christy Powell from Iron Valley is second to none. She, in my book is one of the top agents in Virginia. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Rain, sleet, or snow Christy works on your behalf nonstop. She is in on every deal and is the business of helping her clients get what they want. What a joy it was to work with Christy. She is absolutely AMAZING!

Billy was the best agent. He was so patient and met me all over the region to look at homes when I wasn’t sure where I wanted to live. He was great a looking for issues at every home and giving me an idea of what kinds of repair costs I should factor in to each home. He helped me find my dream home and I am very grateful!
