He was amazing! Took great care to meat any expectation we had. Was constantly going out of his way to protect are interests and help us find the right home for the right price. How do you top having an agent with decades of experience, who has been and still is a builder as well?You can't.In addition to being an extremely experienced gentleman in the real estate business, Martin was a super nice guy, as well. I felt super comfortable with him handling the situation, as he very accurately gauged the market and balanced that with our unique requirements and wish list.You can get other folks to hopefully put you on the right track ... or you can just go to this guy to get it done right the first time.In an absolutely insane market, with great restrictions on my budget, Martin was able to select a viable group of properties... and despite stiff competition, secure a deal that got me the place I had hoped for.
