My selling agent (Adam Wade) is absolutely one of the most marvelous human beings I have ever met. As an agent, he got my property exquisitely photographed and promoted in a matter of hours. This brought a slew of offers on the very first day. It took him all of five hours to secure an offer that provided a perfect win/win situation for both buyer and seller. His agency and personal class brought higher caliber buyers to the open house, people i’d never see had I settled on a less professional option. Every agent should try to qualify for VU certification. I for one will never buy or sell a home without Veterans United approved agents.Kevin Thomas was my buyers agent. Due to the pandemic, we never met before closing. From our very first phone conversation, it was obvious that Kevin was genuinely nice and ready to get us into our new home.
