Jovar was excellent, he was very patient with us and helped us the whole way. If it weren’t for his prowess and foresight of potential problems he put into the contract, we would have been stuck paying for a new septic system out of our own pocket.

Sam Perez was horrible. He was rude, unavailable, and was only concerned with closing a deal instead of having the deal be at our best interest. He initially refused to write our contract to prevent homelessness, and only ended up doing so when I threatened to pull our house and relist with another agent who would write the contract the way that was best for my family. He advised us to take $26000 less for our old home due to a repair that would “need to be made before they can get insurance”… and yet no repairs were required prior to close. He didn’t answer our questions or explain what was happening or what any of the forms meant. He was clearly only concerned about his paycheck. At closing, he didn’t congratulate us at ALL or even acknowledge us… but he called the closing company asking where his check was when we were in the office. He didn’t even tell us that a pest inspection was necessary (even after I reached out and asked for a list of items I needed to complete and their due dates)… it had to be scheduled at the very last second & ended up delaying our closing by a week and causing us to pay for a moving truck twice. He has zero respect for veterans and should not be referred clients… he’s horrible.

I couldn't have asked to be paired with someone I connected with so easily. Kristi Roberts is a gem! The market was crazy but she kept me in the game. Any home I wanted to see, she made it happen ASAP. She was patient, kind, funny and she truly knows the VA loan process and home requirements. I would recommend her to family and friends that need her as a Realtor. Any veteran who gets her will be getting a polished gem!

Mrs. Charlotte was not only our real estate agent, but she was also the first person we met in our new location.
